Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item is in the same condition that you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

The processing time for a return request is approximately 2-4 days. Once we have accepted your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returned items without prior authorization.

Exchanges: To ensure a faster process for getting the item you want, we recommend that you return the item you already own. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union: In accordance with European Union regulations, if your goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, regardless of the reason and without justification. The item must still be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with the tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will automatically be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take longer for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
