Returns Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns of perishable goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, store credits, or downloadable products. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
To return your product, you must initiate a request through our customer service team at exportprotek@gmail.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and shipping instructions. We can only accept returns shipped to and from a European address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
In some cases, we may offer, and you may choose to agree to, store credit in lieu of a refund to your original payment method. Additionally, we may only provide partial refunds for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
