Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns of perishable goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, store vouchers or downloadable products. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you must initiate a request through our customer service at exportprotek@gmail.com. We will provide a pre-paid return label and shipping instructions. We can only accept returns shipped to and from a European address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

In some cases, we may offer, and you may choose to agree to, receiving store credit in lieu of a refund to your original payment method. Additionally, we may only grant partial refunds for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift card will be sent to you via email.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of your return.
